How do I increase NIOS Stack Size ?

I am looking to increase the stack size for my NIOS II build. Can someone tell me how to do that. I am using the SBT for Eclipse IDE to develop my code

Do you mean the stack for the host tools ?

Or the stack for the target nios code ?
