How can I install ¦ÌC/OS-II on my APEX 20ke board?

Hello anyone Now I know that NIOS 2 has ¦ÌC/OS-II in itself.But I use apex 20ke board that only use NIOS 1. I'm not familiar with how to install ¦ÌC/OS-II in it. Thank you for help.
