How can I connect to lwip?

hi,friends.

I can successfully use 91c111 connect to pc by using console.Now my problem is how to use software reseive data from custom board,I want to use VC socket to connect ,I don't kmow whether it can or not.

And is there someother way to get data from custom board ,any advice is warmly welcome
