how can I connect a usb camera with the DE2?

there is a ADV7181b for TV decoder on the board which is used for vedio signal,I just want to know that whether it can be used for a usb camera?if I want to connect a usb camera with the DE2 board.what should do??

whether I should transfer a uclinux system into the niosII? or I should biuld another circuit for the usb camera????
