Hi, I cannot generate a time-limited .sof file. Keep getting unlicensed IP error for nios as well as the third party IP. But when I comment out nios subsystem from my design I do not get any error and I am able to generate a sof file.

I have valid licenses for quartus pro 19.3 as well as my third party IP.

    Hello

    Welcome to INTEL forum. To narrow down this issue. Could you provide your

    1)full error.log file

    2) Error message screen shot

    3) Assembler report

    4) Machine OS information

    5) License.dat file

    And for privacy, you can also reply/attach your file in private message.

      Hi,

      Thanks for the quick response. After deleting my output files directly upon rebuilding I found out that Quartus is generating time-limited .sof but the quartus 19.3 is still issuing a warning of "Warning(115003): Can't generate programming files for your current project because you do not have a valid license for the following IP core or cores".

      My only concern here is the reliability of the said generated time-limited .sof.

      Was I suppose to receive the warning and still get a bitifle or is this a bug in quartus pro 19.3 ?

    May I know, can you compile and generated time-limited .sof.?
