help with full_featured nios 2

Question

hey everyone.

i am new with the nios 2.

i am trying to do the :

creating a nios ii c/c++ application project tutorial.

in the tutorial thy asked me to download the full_featured nios2 in to my board (de2 board).

it dosent work and when i am trying to run the softwere on the board i get this message:

Using cable "USB-Blaster [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00

Pausing target processor: not responding.

Resetting and trying again: FAILED

Leaving target processor paused

what shold i do??

What error message do you get when you try to download the sof file?

no erroe message.   but there is E on the 7seg. and when i try to dwonload the software i get the message that i write above.

Can you check the clock and reset signals?

the clk connected to pin_b13 the reset_n connected to pin_c5

is the clock ticking, and what is the level of the reset signal? Do you have the same problem with another sof file?
