Help whith installing Quartus 2 Web Edition

HEy Guys I downloaded the Quartus 2 web Edition but when I try to Download from the installer it pops out this Message: pcmagas@pcmagas-netbook:~/10.0sp1_quartus_free_linux/altera_installer/bin$...

if you downloaded it, why not just installing it (without the --download parameter)?
