Hard lock with Nios 2 cyclone dev board

I have the same problem.

Error: Can't configure device. Expected JTAG ID code 0x020010DD for device 1, but found JTAG ID code 0xFFFFFFFF.

I used the stratix

This problem is occured after I programm the flash.

I want to erase the flash .how can I do?
