GUI for creating custom component wizard

Is there a GUI available to create the WIZARD_UI chunks of class.ptf files (for SOPC Builder)? They may be human-readable but they're definitely not human-writeable.

    not currently.

    non-Altera people have sucessfully created SOPC components with a GUI.

    Do you have a specific problem that you're trying to solve that isn't addressed in one of the current component GUI's?
