Generate Error

I have started to design a simple system for our custom board. I have incorporated 18 MBytes of On_Chip_Ram and a EPC2_controller for flash programming. I have set the reset address to the EPCS controller and I have also created a board description with the associated netlest, FBGA packaging and Flash programming information. How ever when I try to generate I get this strange error

(Can't locate object method "CONFIGURATION" via package "EPCS" (perhaps you forgot to load "EPCS"?) at (eval 12) line 1.

Does anyone know what I should do ?

Note I also downloaded and installed the service pack 1 for NIOSII 5.1 - but this didn't help
