Floating Point & Math Library

Hi everybody:

is there any configuration needed in order to use the floating point custom instruction when working with math library functions (log, sqrt...) ? I've been doing some test to asses the performance os those functions with and without FP and it seems that the time is the same. Does anybody have any test code?
