you have to select your reset addres in sopc builder when building the nios system. there you must set it to point to cfi flash.

Thank you for your reply.

I look "nios2_systems.h" found my EPCS flash can uses space only 800KB,so I thank the size is to small , my build "sof file is 310KB" and "image file is 1300KB".

Anyone know howe to increase EPCS flash size?
