Flash Programmer menu disappears from NIOS-II menu in the Nios II SBT 12.0 SP2

Tools menu - Flash Programmer menu disappears from NIOS-II menu in the Nios II SBT V 12.0 SP2. Does anybody have the same problem? Any fix? Many thanks.
