Flash Difference between AMD and MXIC ?

Hi All?

I have make a bord whose flash is AM29LV320DB or MX29LV320CBTC. The two chip is pin to pin compatible and comply CFI standard!

Tens nios2-flash-programmer can't download into MX29LV320CBTC, reading and erase is ok! but change to AM29LV320DB, everything is OK , It's hard t oresolve the problem!

Because I want to use the cheaper chip MX29LV320CBTC! haha
