External tools

After installing Quartus 4.2 + Nios II 1.1, my external tools no longer work. I have an external tool set up to call objcopy on the .elf file to create an srec. This worked before I upgraded. Any ideas?

    Hello Dave,

    Perhaps you could provide more details about what doesn't work? Are you getting errors of some kind? Have you tried creating an srec from an elf at the Nios II SDK shell command line?

    Hey Stephen,

    Yes, I can create an srec from the command line. I was getting an error that it couldn't find the objcopy command. Yet, it is in the same place. I have since removed the external tools. I will add them back in later. I'll post on my findings then.
