Ethernet for Nios-V on Stratix 10 MX development board

I want to have some kind of network connectivity on the Stratix 10 MX development board other than UART. There are 2 QSFP+ slots available. What would I need in platform designer for the Nios to be...

For Nios V, are you familiar with IPerf? I know you would not like to see example designs, but you may take a look on how the outputs for these two example if they fit what you trying to achieve:

Simple socket server:

There are no example designs for Nios V with QSFP.
