Errors of sys generating in SOPC Builder

Nodes of "Altpll" are missing source Files including all PINs, showing in the following image.

I‘ve rebuilt the whole project completely as the demonstration-DE2_115_SD_Card_Audio_Player, but it doesn't work.

I wander why the altpll couldn't work in this setting and which step I can take to detect my problems.
