errors about creating new component

Hi,

I get exactly the same error message

....Can&#39;t use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at C: ...

I don&#39;t use spaces in path or file names. I can compile the project with the SOPC. But if I add or delete a component or if I rename a component I get this error message.
