Error while uploading a uCLinux Kernel

Hello,

I have a cyclone microtronix dev board..after generating succesfully my uCLinux

Kernel. i tried to upload it to microtronix board.. But i have this message error http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif

    hello there is onther error message for my problem..

    what do you think about this ...does the flash do not work correctly or
