Error while generating a uCLinux Kernel

It sounds like the Microtronix board default enables the CompactFlash interface, even though there isn't one in the design. You can turn this off by selecting:

Device Drivers --> ATA/ATAPI/MFM/RLL Support

then clearing the checkbox.
