error while downloading Zimage

i followed all the steps in www.nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/installuclinux www.nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/uclinux/uclinuxdist and have a zimage which I am trying to download following ...

yeah I am using DE2 board . I followed the Hwselect step. then on on the command shell i followed these steps. Also i used a zImage(not of my project) from somewhere else and I downloaded it .There were no errors during verification but Yes it didnt run. Because the SOF version and zImage version did not match.
