From the www.nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/uclinux/uclinuxdist when you do the step

# you must give the absolute path to ptf, no spaces allowed in the path.

make vendor_hwselect sysptf=/path_to_your_hardware_project/your_system.ptf make sure you use your project ptf file then when you open a nios2 command shell

1) step 1. Configure the FPGA,

nios2-configure-sof your_project.sof

2) nios2-download -g zImage

3) nios2-terminal
