error occured when debug:

the error below occors freqeuntly these days

theres is no errer information when build in sopc builder or quartus

but when i want to run or debug ,the error below occurs:

using cable "usb-blaster [usb-0]", device 1, instance 0x00

pausing target processor: not responding.

resetting and trying again: failed

leaving target processor paused

please help me!!!!!!!!
