Error in downloading to Nios DE1 at shell window

Hi,

Before this, I was using Quartus II 5.0 and Nios Development Kit 3.20.

Then recently I downloaded the Quartus II 6.0 and deleted the Quartus II 5.0, but leave the Nios 3.20 untouched. Some of the projects under the Quartus II 5.0 folder, I have shifted to the new Quartus II 6.0. When i open the project and compile some of the files without any problems.

When i tried to generate a system interconnecting various components such as OpenCores EthMac, cpu, nios_flash, boot_monitor_rom, nios_sram,...etc using the new SOPC builder, it has these errors:

# ####(Perhaps you need ".global_start" and "start")

nios-elf-ld: cannot find -lnios32

I have the same error of " nios-elf-ld: cannot find -lnios32 " when I use the Nios Shell Command Window v3.20 to nios-build and nios-run a simple C program "ef.c"

. previously, I could download and run on the Nios DE1 Board without any errors, but now when I run nios-build or nb ef.c to build , it has the errors as above.

And when I nios-run the existing ef.srec (which previously created when I was using Quartus II 5.0), it shows: " Downloading.. " and it jams and stuck there, not proceeding.

I have my Windows setting in Japanese language, but previously, it didn't give any errors but when I downloaded the Quartus II 6.0 and deleted II 5.0 , then only I got these errors.

PLease, anyone, help me....... enlighten me....
