Error in downloading program using SBT for Eclipse

Hi,

I have this problem in using the SBT for Eclipse 9.1. I made an SOPC design and then downloaded it to the DE2 development board. I just followed the instruction in the hardware tutorial. The error occurs when I try to download the compiled code to the niosII system. The error is a message popup saying:

"Launching NIOS II" has encountered a problem. Error starting process.

However, if I use the Nios II IDE build flow, I can successfully download the same hello_world program.

What could be the problem? I am using version 9.1 SP2 and Cyclone II. Also, the memory in use is an on chip memory.
