Error configuration kernel

Hi,

Actually, I want to implement UCLinux in a Nios.

I am using Quartus II 5.1 and Nios II 5.1.

I downloaded Linux-1.4 but I have this error :

gcc: not found

make[2]: *** [scripts/basic/fixdep] Error 127

make[1]: *** [scripts_basic] Error 2

Can you help me please?

    Please post more details about your problem, when did you get that error message ?

    It is totally wrong to develop uClinux/Linux on WIndows.

    You should work on Linux, follow this thread,
