EPCS4 on NIOS evaluation kit

I am working with the Altera NIOS evaluation kit which uses the Microtronix Firefly 1c12 module. I also have the Altera Cyclone II development kit thus have a fully licensed Quartus II, 5.1/SP2 system with unrestricted NIOS core etc.

I can successfully compile a design using Quartus/SOPC builder and program it into the 1C12 using the Quartus programmer and the ".sof" file. I can also build a fully functioning uClinux and program it into the flash memory using the "nios2-flash-programmer" (command line).

How do I go about programming the EPCs4 device using the ".pof" file generated by Quartus?
