Hi Pegazaus

I'm not sure but for me it seems that active serial memory interface contradicts with epcs controller. Why do you need active serial interface? Do you know that you can read & write directly from epcs device through epcs controller? For more information see Nios II Software Developer’s Handbook alt_flash_open_dev().
