EPCS FLASH Programming

I am debugging a custom design. We are using a Cyclone 1C12 with a EPCS 1C4 device. I tried to download a simple code to the EPCS device using the NIOS IDE FLash Programmer and I got the following error :-

No EPCS layout data - looking for section [EPCS-202013]

Unable to use EPCS device

Leaving target processor paused

Can anyone help me with this error message
