EPCS and CFI one more time please

Sorry guys, I've looked through all of the documentation (I think) and I still don't get it. I use my EPCS device to hold the FPGA configuration data ONLY. I have my CFI flash configured as JFFS2 and it holds the root FS at mtdblock0. When I updated the EPCS map, and select the driver during kernel config, doesn't that result in both flash parts trying to use mtdblock0 for their first partitions???

I would like to update the EPCS flash with a new FPGA configuration file under embedded control. Thanks in advance and sorry for the dumb question..

It is not a dumb question. There are a lot of details to take on.

I will update the wiki on this, with DE2 as examples.
