ELF ,bin file

I am working with Altera DE1 board and i am trying to build a system based on NIOS 2 .. my system design is successfully loaded through quartus programmer now i want my nios 2 program to be loaded to RAM or flash but after a build my NIOS project in NIOS EDS i do not find the elf or binary file in my project directory is this an issue of licence?? as i am using the web edition.. if not then please do guide me about the exact procedure ..
