Edge Detecttion Using SOPOC Builder

Hi,

I'm been going over the Edge detection usinf SPOC Builder Application note 377 and i can't seem to find or don;t have some of the files. The document is at,

The thing is i need the file with the Avalon interface which according to the document should be in

<install path>\CycloneII_DSP_Kit-v.1.0.0\Examples\HW\ReferenceDesigns\Tool_Flow\Simulink

and the file is called sopc_edge_detector.mdl does anyone have this file or know whre i can get hold of it. Thank very much and i hope to hear from you soon
