ED1 (150$) bord don't work without USB atached to

Thing is that When i got my ordered ED1 bord it started to work when I add powersuply and presed big red botton (Leds were flashing http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile....

Today i conected bord to Powersuply presed red button and all worked i think that problem was in these bord 100 uf capacitors totaly 23 caps and with total capacitance 2300 UF and these configurations don&#39;t disaper so fast and I think they disapered when All caps was discharged http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif I alredy had one problem then I could&#39;t download code and just in next morning could download it (caps was discharged http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
