Honored ContributorThe datasheet of the one we use is here (http://www.stec-inc.com/downloads/ssd_datasheets/slcfxxx_g_m2pu_i_61000-05610.pdf). They just mention the feature on the first page without describing the method. But basically they designed their wear-levelling algorithm in a way that ensures that the wear levelling table is always consistent.
