DWT on NIOS

Hi, I am trying to implement 2D-DWT on a Nios II processor I am able to decide on the Hardware part...... But I am not able to decide on how to write the software code for implementin...

I think i am confused.......

I will be happy if you could please guide me in this regard as i am new to NIOS......

To tell u the fact i have just tried only on the Altera Embedded Lab tutorial on the NIOS wiki website.......
