DS-5 does not contain Altera Baremetal GCC and linker

In my "Eclipse DS-5-> C Project" there is not Altera Baremetal GCC and linker. is there any way to install it?

I've got same problems. When i'm creating new project there is only one toolchain exist - ARM Compiler. I'm using quartus 13.1 & SoCEDS 13.1. Is there any solution exist?
