Download sys/alt_irq.h

Hi, I was trying to build the Test.c file that I've downloaded in the Altera ftp server, and I notice that ocurred some errors messages because I didn't have the Header file sys/alt_irq.h and I couldn't find it in the repository. Please could someone post the file here so I can download it? Thank You.
