Does the Nois ii processor support DVFS(dynamic frequency and voltage scaling)?

I think we can have multiple PLLs in NIOS ii based systems and Operate the system at different frequencies. I have DE2 FPGA board with cyclone II FPGA.

Generally speaking, you can change the frequency but can not change the voltage. Please check my paper "An FPGA-based Distributed Computing System with Power and Thermal Management Capabilities"
