Does the MicroC/OS-II support file system?

Hi, deos the MicroC/OS-II support filesystem? I want to use file operations such as fopen, fread(), fscan(), etc. could MicroC/OS-II manage that? or I have to put the uclinux to NIOS II? thanks...
