Does MtxLinuxV1.1(for Nios) support nios devkit3.1

Hello,

I install nios open core plus Development Kit 3.1, but when I install Microtrnix Embedded Linux V1.1(The oldest version uClinux for nios), error occurs and it can not be installed.

The error is

"Could not find Cygwin on target system!

Please install the GNUPro Toolchain Package before running this Setup."

I use custom install, and select GNU tool. But error occur. I do not know the reason. If it is the bug of Mtx Linux installation.Can someone help me?
