Does MoreThanIP Core in uClinux1.3 need license?

Yes, I know the 10/100M igor MAC.

I use your Microtronix Cyclone Board, it ships with the igor MAC. But it is your earliest version of the MAC (uClinx1.0 just for Nios I with Linux 2.4.17). Now I use Nios II 1.1 and uClinux V1.3, when I build the kernel and filesystem, the uCLinux can not run in the board(Nios II system include your early version of igor_mac). But when I delete the igor_mac from Nios II system, uClinux can run properly. Why?

My igor_mac version is 2.0. If it is an old version and can not run under uClinux V1.3 directly.
