I have several versions of Quartus/NiosII installation installed over last couple of years... I have 4.0, 4.1, 5.0 and recently 5.1 http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile....

Honored ContributorProblem was solved by the Altera support.
Aparently for some reason I had installed demo version of Nios II, not the full release. Problem solved http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
