do DE2-115 have C to hardware?

do DE2-115 have C to hardware?

what is C to hardware? using C instead of VHDL? is it like impulse C?

    Quartus and SOPC builder stopped supporting C to Hardware a while ago. I think it was more marketing hype than anything else... sure the result was faster than C software, but not as optimized as a true HDL implementation.
