DMA memtest.c Failed to open transmit channel

Hi All ,

I have some issues in using the DMA test to verify the SDRAM, here are my configurations

Platform : Altera DE2 Dev board

SDRAM host controller is added along with the DMA controller, currently i am using NIOS Version 8.1 version, doesnt support Cyclone 2 , does 9.1 supports , any info about this ??

i am getting the error message that the channel cant be opened. How to map the controller which is in SOPC to taken into use by this piece of code. Can it detect automatically ?
