design files needed for "AN397: Interfacing to External Processors"

hi all,

now i try to interface a Cyclon 4E to a Processor (TI Concerto: F28x + ARM Cortex M3). So i have read this Application Note: AN397: "Interfacing to External Processors". please google the text for the .pdf: "AN397: Interfacing to External Processors", since i cant post the link, altera forum says i have just only 2 posts...

I cant find the design files "external_master.zip"...

please help me!
