Debugging over JTAG

Hello,

I got some problems if I want to debug an eCos application with JTAG. If I step over my own application source code, there occurs no error. But if I want to step into an eCos funktion (such as printf) there occurs "no sources found". I use the Nios IDE 6.1! Are there particular eCos debug settings? Do anybody have this problem?
