Debugger lost connection to source code

Hi,

The debugger does not show the actual source code anymore. I can set breakpoints an step through the code, as well as, variables and memory contents in the watch window are ok. However, there is no connection to the source code (it does not matter whether disassembly mode is on or off). This is true for all of my projects. New projects are also affected. I do not know what causes this effect, my only solution is to reinstall the Nios II software, which is boring.

I use Quartus II 4.2 with Nios II 1.1. What can I do to overcome this situation without reinstalling the software?
