i am trying to load zimage_de2_net on to the de2 board. i have used the de2_net.sof to configure the hardware. all goes well untill i run the image using the nios2-download -g zImage_de2_net[/b] command. After programming, the nios shell reports that verification failed at an address that appears to be VGA subsystem. I do not have a SD card on the board yet. Could that be the problem?

I used DE2 board and trying to load zImage_de2_net on the DE2 board.

It works without problem.

You will following "wiki home" steps.
