Follow the rules descibed on this page:

Look at the section Module and Interface Assignments in hw.tcl Influencing Sopc2dts

It seems that you did not have set up the following assignments in the _hw.tcl file of your custom components.

set_module_assignment embeddedsw.dts.compatible

set_module_assignment embeddedsw.dts.group

set_module_assignment embeddedsw.dts.params

set_module_assignment embeddedsw.dts.name

set_module_assignment embeddedsw.dts.vendor
