Custom Instruction

Hi,

I am New to NIOS. I am working on custom instructions. I am working with Cyclone board. I have added one new custom instruction for AND operation. Now if i add another custom instruction for some other operation such as OR or for mod(%) operation, i am able to download but gives same result of and operation in C custom instruction call. What is going wrong ? Can anyone suggest?
